Delete Your Jakalooki Multiplayer Account

This page applies to Jakalooki — Multiplayer accounts (the mobile apps and jakalooki.upperloftenterprises.com). The free Solo-Player app has no accounts and nothing to delete.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to Jakalooki Multiplayer — in the app, or in any browser at jakalooki.upperloftenterprises.com. You do not need the app installed.
2. Open My Account from the main menu.
3. Choose Delete Account, read the confirmation, and enter your password.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. You are signed out on every device, and your username is released.

If you have a subscription

• Subscribed on the web: your Stripe subscription is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted.
• Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play: deleting your account does not stop store billing — Apple and Google only let you do that. Cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (before or after deleting).

What is deleted

• Your profile and all personal information: display name, email, phone, date of birth, location, bio, photos/avatars, security question, and preferences.
• Your friends/connections, blocks, scheduled games and RSVPs, and unsold artwork submissions.
• Your sign-in credentials and every active session.
• Your purchased card-back library (memberships are non-refundable and have no cash value).

What is retained, and why

• Financial records (purchase, payout, and credit ledgers) — kept for accounting, tax, and legal obligations. They no longer identify you: they reference an anonymized account.
• Trust & Safety records (reports and related evidence) — kept where the law requires, including child-safety preservation duties.
• Aggregate game statistics — your past ranked games remain counted for other players' records, attributed to "Deleted Player."
• Sold or published artwork — designs other players purchased remain available to them under the Artist Agreement; attribution becomes anonymous.

Need help?

If you can't sign in to delete your account (for example, a forgotten password), use the password reset on the sign-in screen, or email support@upperloftenterprises.com from the address on your account and we will process the deletion for you.
